A deposit of € 200 / 1000 is required which will be refunded at the end of your stay.
On request, midweek linen change and cleaning is available at a cost of € 28/60.
On request, midweek linen change is available at a cost of 12 euro per person.
Payment must be made on consignment of the keys.
The booking can only be confirmed after receipt of the deposit.
The apartment must be clean and tidy when you leave, otherwise you will be charged 50/90 euro depending on the necessary cleaning .
All the apartments are supplied with bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linen, pots and pans, and all cooking utensils etc.
Small pets are accepted in some apartments.
All apartments have recently been renovated.
For periods of up to 1 week, the utilities are included in the price (except for air-conditioning). For periods of more than 1 week, utilities are additional and vary between 1.4 and 15 euro a day depending on use, type of the apartment, and number of guests.
The location of the apartments in the main city centre, just a stone's throw from the Duomo, discourages the use of automobiles, which can easily be hired from nearby garages if required.
If you need to park your car, there is a covered car park about 1 km from the historic centre (Piazza del Duomo), easily reached by public transport.
If you are already clients of ours please indicate this when you send in your enquiry and we will let you have a discount.
If your prefer not to forward us your credit card information (which is only as a guarantee, nothing will be charged to your credit card) and wish to secure the apartment by making a deposit by bank draft we will send you all necessary details. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the rent . Once you have made the bank transfer please fax a copy of the transaction to +39055/280007, after which the apartment will be secured in your name.
