La pineta

		Residence “La Pineta” is located in an ideal spot allowing you to visit a large section of the Tyrrhenian coast. Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Castagneto Carducci, Saint Vincenzo...... all easily accessible tourist localities. Only half an hour away from Livorno, Pisa, Lucca and the wonderful pinewood of San Rossore. Easy reachable via the highway the Residence is immersed in a wood of secular pines a few meters from the sea. A short walk on a comfortable pathway takes you down to the beach. The fully fenced-off residence has a large swimming pool, tennis field and a bar with an excellent restaurant for guests. There is also a barbecue in the garden, a small playground children and a spacious parking area for guests. The apartment itself has a small entry, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and living room with two divan beds and kitchenette fully equipped for four persons. Ideal for those who want to spend a worry-free vacation. During the months of July June and August the restaurant service is on request. The residence is located at Castiglioncello, approximately 20 minutes by car from Livorno. In order to arrive in Castiglioncello it is necessary to take the Aurelia SS1 from Livorno, exit at the "Castiglioncello" sign, and continue after Castiglioncello for 5-6 km until you reach Fortullino where you will see the entrance to the residence.
