The apartment is located on the first floor elevated by a stairway of 9 steps. It consists of an entrance way, a spacious living-room with view of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio, 1 double bedroom with a balcony bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, one with shower the second with bath tub and a full equipped kitchen (dish washer, oven, freezer, microwave, American coffee machine).
It is to notice that one of the double bedrooms can become a pleasant studio on request, therefore the structure of the apartment is ideal for larger parties (6/8 pax), as well as for smaller parties in a warm and intimate way.
The apartment is equipped with the most modern comfort: air conditioning, heating, phone, TV sat, stereo CD, washing-machine and internet connection (on request).

Blue room: 1 Queen bed or 2 twin beds on request. The blue room has a parquet floor and romantic light blue decorated walls that give it its name. The room is airy and full of light and looks out on a quiet street where right in front of the room is the museo Bardini. The furniture pieces are decorated in a traditional florentine style and there is a spacious buit-in wardrobe. The room has heating as well as air conditioning.
Pink room: 1 Queen bed or 2 twin beds on request. The pink room has a parquet floor and romantic light pink decorated walls that give it its name. The room is very spacious and full of light, the windows look out on a quiet street named via de' Renai. The furniture pieces are decorated in a traditional florentine style.
