This apartment is located in San Niccolò, a residential area just a 10-minute walk away from Ponte Vecchio. The quiet, traffic-limited street is flanked by historic old buildings.
Access is gained to the apartment through a splendid entrance filled with frescoes and decorations, including an 18th century wrought iron gate.
The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with large windows and cotto floor, original antique furniture and rugs, with a comfortable double sofa bed and a kitchenette fitted out for 4 people. There is also a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a storeroom. French doors lead from the bedroom onto a shared courtyard where there is a perfectly conserved old well.
The apartment comes with all bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen is equipped with hotplates, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, toaster, American coffee machine etc.
